School Grants and Scholarships
Premier Community Credit Union is dedicated to the education in our community. We are providing resources to assist teachers and schools in helping students achieve academic and personal success. We created this program to enhance students’ experience for those that need some assistance. This is a small way that we are helping our teachers and students of San Joaquin County.
Uses for the grant money
Here are some examples of how schools can use our grant:
- School supplies for students in need
- After school student assistance program
- Field trips or sports program for students
- Any other programs or supplies that benefit schools and students
All schools in the San Joaquin County may apply. All grant application must be reviewed and signed by the school principal. We will grant one request per school per year.
Grants up to $500 will be issued to the school to be used for the activity in the grant application description.
Applications are due by the first day of last month of the quarter for the following quarter. For example, if the second quarter of the calendar year is (April, May and June), the application will be due March 1st.
2014 Application Due Dates:

|4th||October - December||Monday, September 01, 2014|
The grant winners will be announced by the 15th after the application due dates and the grant will be awarded on or near the first of the quarter. If you are selected as a grant winner, please let us know how the funds were used and any outcome from the use of the grant – Letters, stories and/or photos will be appreciated and may be published by Premier Community Credit Union.

Premier Community Credit Union Scholarships
Premier Community Credit Union is proud to award one $1,000 and four $500 scholarships to help students with their Fall 2014 college expenses. The student or parent must be a Premier Community member. Scholarships were presented at our Annual Meeting on February 25, 2014. Congratulations to the winners:
