We are looking for an experienced professional to be our next Operations Manager
- Leads operational planning to achieve company goals by fostering innovation, prioritizing operation's initiatives, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future resources across the organization.
- Supervises operational activities for all service centers.
- Fosters an environment of teaming, support and working together to meet company goals.
- Maintains current operating knowledge of all job-relevant legal and regulatory requirements through the successful completion of mandatory compliance and regulatory training.
- 5+ years' experience in branch operations and regulatory requirements
- Strong communications and personnel management
- Extensive experience in financial services delivery
- Strong process improvement skills
