  PCCU Travel Tips to Protect your Money

When planning a trip abroad or another state, adding travel notices to your account can help safeguard your account from unauthorized access.  PCCU's fraud detection system works 24/7/365 to protect your funds.  Providing basic travel information such as dates and destination along with travel contact information such as a cell or message phone can reduce the chances that Falcon will block a transaction that you are attempting to make, and allows us to contact you faster if fraud is suspected.  To provide your travel information to us, simply stop by or call your local service center at 209-235-1100 or 1-800-731-4477.  Important numbers to carry when traveling:  Falcon fraud center Visa Check/Debit Card 1-800-754-4128 or Visa Credit Card 1-800-237-6211.

 
An additional note for those traveling outside the U.S.

 There are a small number of countries where the Visa Check/Debit card will not work as these countries have experienced high card fraud levels.  These countries are:

• Russia 
• Romania
• China 
• Singapore
• Hong Kong

Stored Value Cards are recommended when traveling to these countries, or meet with our member service representative to discuss other alternatives that can be made available to facilitate your travel plans.
